2019 Benefits Open Enrollment begins on November 7th, so mark your calendars!

A full packet with all your Open Enrollment materials will arrive to your home during the week of October 26th. Attendance at Open Enrollment sessions is mandatory, so stay tuned in the coming days for bonus points about the event!

What Is Open Enrollment?

Open Enrollment is your one shot to make your game plan for the year. Examples of changes you can make during Open Enrollment are:

• Change medical plans
• Add or drop dependents
• Enroll for voluntary benefits
• Enroll/re-enroll in Flexible Spending Accounts

But, if everything looks good and you're ready to run with your current game plan, no action is necessary! Please note, you must enroll or re-enroll in health and dependent care FSAs during Open Enrollment to participate or continue participating for the 2019 plan year.

Get ready to learn about what's new in the upcoming plan year, meet the vendors, get your free biometric screen (and earn 500 points in Vitality by doing so), and best of all - win some great prizes!

When is Open Enrollment?

Open Enrollment officially begins on November 7th. You have until November 27th to make your changes, but don't wait until the last few seconds on the game clock - you may not reach your goal!
