Performance Evaluations Begin October 1st
Attention: All Associates
Performance Evaluations begin October 1st. Annual performance evaluations are a key component of associate development. It is the opportunity to review performance, set goals for professional development, establish objectives for contributing to Essex’s mission, and discuss expectations and accomplishments. This process also creates a partnership between the supervisor and associate. Associates hired prior to July 3rd are eligible for an evaluation.
All-Associate Action Item
All associates need to complete the first step, Self Evaluation, by October 14th. Evaluations are completed in Success Factors which may be accessed via OKTA single sign-on on the Buzz homepage.
Manager Action Item
All managers need to work with their teams to help schedule dedicated computer time during which the associate may complete the Self Evaluation.
