Attention: All Associates

A big congratulations to our latest Steps to Success program graduates! 

It's been less than five months since the program rolled out and E-Team members are jumping on board and completing full curriculum at an amazing pace.  In fact, there are now more than 400 associates registered for the program. Each E-Team member featured here completed a certificate that required a minimum of 24 courses. 

Once again, we're proud to feature a graduate who was also recently promoted. Congratulations to John Lee who was the Assistant Community Manager at Windsor Ridge and is now the Community Manager at Via! An additional shout out to Stephanie Nolan, Community Manager at Bennett Lofts, who is the first CM at Essex to complete the full CM curriculum.

The Steps to Success program is intended to provide the fundamental knowledge required for top performance in any given specialty. This, combined with your excellent work record, can give you a leg up in meeting your career goals.
