The E-team at Carmel Landing in San Diego recently hosted a resident appreciation event with a unique twist to encourage residents to download the Rentcafé app!

E-team members including Robin Edwards, Zach Mazzatta, Celina Humphrey, Wendy Sutherland, and Itza Hernandez, reached out to the many vendors that they have developed relationships with and secured an array of generous gifts to give away at the event. The team raffled off goodies like Padres tickets, Visa gift cards, restaurant gift cards, and more!

To tie in Rentcafé app adoption, the team asked residents to show the app on their phone to secure extra raffle tickets for more chances to win prizes. The contest was so successful the team had upwards of 20 residents ask for assistance in downloading the app on the spot!

The event was themed with beach balls, noodles, and plenty of pool toys, and featured Duffs Doggz serving up hot dogs and Sweet Treats, an ice cream vendor that serves up frosty bites from his motorcycle.

Many residents turned up to enjoy lunch, win prizes, and soak up the San Diego sun. Thanks to the Carmel Landing E-team for putting on and sharing this excellent event!
