Make some room in your tool box, ‘cause Learning and Development has released Walk the Wall: A Defect-free Turn! This new course is geared at helping the maintenance team be more effective and efficient in the apartment make-ready process.
 
The course will take about 25-35 minutes to complete. Put on that thinking hard hat and get to learning!
 
Requirements:

• Maintenance Techs and Supervisors – new hires: Course is now in Tier I and must be completed within 90 days
• Maintenance Techs and Supervisors – current associates: The course is required within 90 days, but will not affect existing Tier I completions.
• All other field associates: Course is recommended and available on the Learning Bridge.
