Here's a great story about the power of persistence.

Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Henry Aguilar, has been meticulously tracking appliance replacements for years at the San Francisco community he supports, Mosso.

Henry noticed that the refrigerators often failed within extremely close range of their warranty expiring and felt that Essex should not have to pay full price for a brand-new refrigerator each time this happened. He kept excellent records of the purchase and replacement dates for each appliance and worked closely with the appliance vendor, GE, to remedy the situation.  After months of working on this matter, GE agreed to refund Essex more than $20,000 for the replaced refrigerators.

We are so impressed with Henry's attention to detail in identifying the  issue , and perseverance in continuously documenting and following up on this matter. His efforts certainly paid off! Thank you, Henry!
