The Excellence Program is in full swing!

During Open Enrollment we announced the new Excellence Program, which is a tool for managers to show their appreciation for associates who go above and beyond the call of duty. Managers will be able to reward points to associates who shine!
 
What are some examples of exceptional service? 

  • Your name gets called out in a Kingsley Survey or Yelp Review
  • Successfully resolving a difficult customer service request
  • Suggested process improvement that was successfully implemented
  • Going above and beyond to respond to a crisis
