Last month we told you that changes to the PAYscan Structural Repair process were coming in February. We’re happy to report that all changes rolled out on Tues., Feb. 16.
 
Some of the changes included implementing new category codes and disabling Structural Repair P&L accounts. These changes affect both Essex fully owned and JV assets starting Feb. 16.
