As part of the BRE signage rebrand, each BRE community will be receiving Essex customized pocket brochures by Friday, February 26.
 
The pocket brochure replaces the BRE folder and amenity inserts. The new brochure is double-sided with photos on the front, and features and amenities on the back. There is a pocket for your floor plan inserts and a slot where your business card can be placed.
 
Discard old brochures When your community receives their Pocket Brochures, please discard any remaining amenity sheet inventory right away. You should use the new pocket brochure with each prospect that comes to tour.
 
How to order more For repeat orders, log on to the Essex Home Store and select the Pocket Brochures tab.
