Customer-facing resident portal changes in Essex Legacy Yardi

As of today, the Work Order section of the Essex Legacy Yardi portal has been updated to reflect the following changes:
 
Priority field
Residents now only have the option of selecting Priority: Low (routine maint.) within a work order. See image below the break.
 
Priority defaults to Low
Please note that all work orders created from within the current Essex Legacy Yardi resident portal and Essex Rentcafé will reflect an original Priority of Low (routine maint.). This means that even if a resident selected a higher priority, the work order will be re-categorized to Low (routine maint.)
 
To ensure that residents are aware of this change, a message will appear on the web page.
 
SubCategory field
The Category and SubCategory fields now correspond. SubCategory items that are relevant to the selected Category will appear in the dropdown box. Previously, the SubCategory field was not available in the Essex Legacy Yardi portal.
 
Example Category: Plumbing > SubCategory: Sink
