We’re happy to report that a Kronos upgrade is coming next month! On Friday, March 11, we’ll be completely upgraded to Kronos V8.
 
Some benefits of upgrading to Kronos V8 are:
·       Java upgrades currently cause Kronos to not function properly, so  Java will be replaced by HTML5
·       Improved functionality, easier navigation and user experience
·       Less loading time
 
Training for managers. All managers with direct reports should complete the required training. Training webinars will take place from Weds., Feb. 24-Fri., Mar. 4. Look for the training invite.
 
Temporary Kronos outage. While we are performing the system upgrade, Kronos will be temporarily unavailable from Wednesday, Mar. 9 through Thursday, Mar. 10. Associates that use Kronos to log hours will need to complete a Timecard Edit Request Form. Don’t worry – closer to this time we’ll let you know how to complete this. Managers will receive training on this item during our upcoming webinar.
