Customer Comment of the Week

This week's customer comment of the week comes from a resident that was so happy with the customer service she received at Valley Park, she went out of her way to contact the the regional assistant to inquire about how she could go about  coplementing the staff. Here is her note to the Valley Park team: 

"Dear Maria,
 
Thank you for taking my call a few minutes ago and explaining how to complement our manager and her assistant manager as well as her lead main-tenance man.
 
I have lived here at VallyParkApartments for approximately 16 years on Euclid Street in Fountain Valley and I am extremely happy with the service that I have received from "Marlene" Yadira Mora, our Manager, as well as, her Assistant Mgr. Nathan and, Said, the Lead Person for our property maintenance.
 
Maria, is by far the best manager we have ever had here at Valley Park Apartments . She follows through with everything she says she will do and makes sure that the property is up-to-date and, in compliance and, that all facilities are working at all times.
 
Also, this past summer during approximately 3 months of upgrading this property and facing a very difficult logistical situation, she managed the whole project  exceptionally well.
 
We also received excellent service from Nathan and Said when it comes to the operation of this property and its maintenance.
 
So, in closing, thank you so much for patting them on the back and congratulating them for a job well done and, as residents here at, VallyParkApartments, their hard work is sincerely appreciated!
