ICO Career Apparel orders: FAQs

We continue to get great questions about ordering ICO career wear from the 2016 Essex Collection. To help, we’ve put together some FAQs for you.
 

  • When will orders ship? The target ship date is Friday, April 22.
  • When can I place an order? Right away! To get started, follow these ordering instructions on Buzz.
  • How do I place an order? Visit http://myicostore.com to place your order. Go to the Essex Store for special pricing with the code ESX1 and click “GO” (don’t hit the “Enter” key). Click here for detailed ordering instructions.
  • Should I create a PO? (Response updated 2/9/16) We are not required to create a PO when purchasing ICO Career Apparel. Going forward, Accounting considers these purchases as PO Exempt.
    I don’t see the correct balance available in my account. If your current email address is different than the one you originally registered with for your ICO account, and you had a remaining balance in your account, it’s possible that these funds were not rolled over. To correct this and add pending funds to your account, please contact ICO directly at cs@icouniforms.com.
  • What is the uniform policy?
  1. Name tags are required at all times.
  2. All office associates must wear an E-apparel shirt, blouse, sweater or blazer.
  3. We also offer E-apparel pants and skirts, but this is not a requirement.
  • What’s new this year?
  1. The Essex logo is now only on men’s and women’s polos.
  2. There are new colors available for certain styles. Visit the ICO Career page on Buzz to learn more.
