Electronic W-2 statement available in UltiPro
Your electronic W-2 statement will be available in UltiPro by Thursday, February 4 .  For those of you who like the convenience of filing your taxes online, we are proud to partner again with Turbo Tax.  It’s as easy as clicking the “Turbo Tax” Icon in UltiPro Self Service (see below for more information).

How to access your electronic W2 in UltiPro
1. Log in to UltiPro.
 
2. Make your way to the W-2 section under ‘Myself’ or by selecting the W-2 tile on the home page

3. The 2015 tax year (and previous years) will be displayed.  Simply click on the appropriate W-2 year.

4. Once your W-2 is displayed, you can print, save to PDF, or leverage the TurboTax® integration.

About TurboTax® for UltiPro: Tax Prep and Filing Made Easy
UltiPro and TurboTax functionality is also helpful to associates who use third-party tax preparers. Many tax provider's leverage TurboTax to prepare returns on behalf of their clients. An associate simply needs to provide verifying information, such as legal name, Social Security number, and Box 1 wages to their designated tax preparer to file on their clients' behalf. Additionally, for those who use H&R Block® tax preparation services, know that H&R Block tax preparers also to have the ability to pull your W2 information from UltiPro and print at their in-office locations.
