2015 Year in Review

1.      Looking back at 2015, what worked and made your team successful? 

Getting everyone engaged in the goals for the property.  Renaissance had a horrible reputation on Yelp and with the help of every person on the team believing that we are so much better than how we were represented online, we were able to improve our reputation on Yelp .

2.      What was an unexpected obstacle in 2015? 

I didn’t expect to have as much turn over at the beginning of the year as we had, both with residents and staff.  We had to make some difficult decisions but in the end, it all ended up working out and we were much more successful as a result.

5.      What do you and your team hope to accomplish in 2016? 

The area where my two properties are located in is undergoing a lot of change, several new apartment communities are being built which will create a lot of new competition for us.  So this year we are committed to going above and beyond with every resident and customer and thinking outside the box.  Customer Service will make the difference this year in helping us to accomplish our budget and occupancy goals in 2016.
