"Love it here! Aviara is a beautiful place I'm delighted to call home. They do a tremendous job of providing wonderful and clean amenities; the security of the building and parking garages is excellent; management and staff are responsive and friendly (they respond immediately to any calls, emails or maintenance issues); and the other residents I cross paths with are pleasant and sociable.

When I moved in, Shannon and Kisaol were just First Class and extremely accommodative to me. This has been, and continues to be to this day, the same high standard I always experience when I interact with the management or any staff. They are very reasonable and on several occasions have gone out of their way to make sure I'm well taken care of.

A word on the amenities here: they are just excellent and really attracted me to want to live here: The gym is well equipped and kept very clean; the large community den is spacious and fully outfitted; and the courtyard is beautiful, complete with an indoor/outdoor fireplace and grill for community use.

I have lived all over the country - from California to the east coast, mid-west and back - and, candidly, Aviara provides the best quality of life that I have enjoyed in an apartment setting.
