Please join us in welcoming Scott Reinert, who will be serving as our interim Group Vice President of Operations.

Many of you may remember Scott from his time at BRE Properties, where he led the Operations team and championed customer service and associate engagement. Scott has more than 30 years of experience in property management and operations, and we are excited for the value he brings to the E-team.

Scott’s career spans management positions at companies including BRE, Irvine Apartment Communities, GFS Northstar (now Pinnacle) and Axiom Multifamily Realty Advisors. He is a former Certified Property Manager and California-licensed real estate broker; a former two-term president of the South Coast Apartment Association and multi-year member of the board; as well as a multi-year member of the board of the California Apartment Association.

Scott has four children ranging in age from 30 years to 18 months (yes, 18 months!). Christopher is an assistant football coach at Washington State University, Matthew is an attorney with an Orange County law firm, and Rachel is singer-songwriter in Nashville with the Emblem/Warner recording group, Gloriana. Scott and his bride-to-be Kim live in Anaheim Hills with little Garrett, their pride and joy.

Scott, who will be based out of our Irvine office, is already beginning to reach out to many of you to learn more about our company. He’ll also be starting a series of property tours soon, so make sure to say hi when you see him out and about!
