Following the merger, the E-team grew and the Woodland Hills office needed a larger home base. After months of planning, the Woodland Hills team relocated to a newly renovated office space on November 9.

Essex completely redesigned the 9,000+ square foot office, including new buildout and new furniture.

Here’s a look at some of the special features of Woodland Hills’ new home:
Kitchen The kitchen is especially modern, with an island countertop, bountiful cabinets, large food prep area and even restaurant-style booths to accommodate lunch meetings and private conversations.

Solar Shades Another special feature is the MechoShade, a high-tech window covering that lets sunlight filter in while keeping harsh heat at bay.

Bathroom The bathrooms, also brand new, have self-flushing toilets.

Courtyard and Patio Outside, there’s a courtyard with a fantastic water fountain. Associates can enjoy the SoCal sun on the outdoor patio. Patio furniture is scheduled to arrive in time for spring!

Parking With a dedicated parking structure, there are plenty of spaces to choose from.
