We’re pleased to introduce our new Director of Revenue Management, Nancy Godsk. Nancy joined Essex on November 16, and has already impressed her team with her sharpness and keen approach to development. 
 
Nancy was previously at Hertz, a car rental company, where she served a critical role in setting daily rental prices. Nancy’s experience, including her analytical approach, leadership skills and can-do attitude will enable us to continue to take Revenue Management to the next level in terms of maximizing the value of each individual unit.  
 
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her dog Wilson, and is an avid cyclist and runner. After many years of living in different areas of the country, she is returning to her roots in the Bay Area where she can cheer on the UC Davis Aggies, the San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors.
