Performance evaluations begin October 19

Performance evaluations begin this Monday, Oct. 19. Evaluations let us provide feedback, recognize quality performance and set expectations for future job performance.

At Essex, our evaluations have two components:

  • Associate self-evaluations, which are due Wednesday, November 4th.
  • Manager evaluations. All managers are required to attend an online training session on "Success Factors and Performance Management." All sessions can be found in the events calendar on Buzz.  Make sure to register for a session by visiting this page in the LMS.
