Hillcrest Park in Newbury Park, CA declared September, “Resident Appreciation Month,” where every Friday Funday the leasing team would wear silly accessories and give out surprises to valued residents. The Friday Funday surprises included Italian ice, mini-cupcakes, ice cream, popcorn and cotton candy!
