Wells Fargo Email sent July 7 is legitimate

E-team, we've received some questions regarding the "Use new contact information for CCER receipt image submissions" email from Wells Fargo Treasury Services (info@mail.wellsfargoemail.com) sent to associates on Thursday, July 7.

Please know that this email is legitimate and is not related to phishing. This email, which is automated, was sent to inform P-Card users that the Commercial Card Expense Reporting receipt image saving feature has been updated. However, this update doesn’t affect Essex as we save receipts in the Common Drive.

Thank you for diligence in reporting potential phishing scams.
You may contact the Cyber Resources hotline at 650-655-785 with any other questions you may have.
For questions about the P-Card program, please contact pcard@essex.com.

This is an automated email from Wells Fargo. It’s a valid email but you may disregard it.
