Sudarshana Rangachary, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, is pleased to welcome Jason Fooks as the new Senior Director of Learning and Development. He joined Essex on January 6th and is based out of the Woodland Hills office.
 
Jason has over 15 years of training and organization development experience. During his career, he has managed a variety of learning and development facets, including training, onboarding, LMS, and talent management activities. He has held training and development roles at American Express, HSBC Bank, and, most recently, The NPD Group.
 
Over the next couple of weeks, Jason will be spending time visiting various offices and properties and developing our L&D priorities. Please join HR in welcoming him to Essex!
