Say hello to Chantel Luperine, the new Regional Assistant in Northern California. 

Chantel will support Ali Ghatala, Don Kinney, Joe Carpenter, Nicole Conrad and Shannen Floyd.   

Most recently, Chantel worked for the technical services and waste receiving departments at Evergreen Oil. This is her first position in property management and she is very excited to be working for Essex. 

In her spare time, Chantel enjoys singing, taking photographs of nature, and spending time with her family, friends and fiancé.
