In our most recent Engagment Survey, over 95% of respondents indicated that they would like to continue to grow in their career with Essex over the next 1-3 years, and the data does not stop there. We have seen growth in our internal promotions during the first half of the year, filling 120 open positions with internal candidates during our first quarter this year. We can take an even closer look and see that in June alone, there were over 28 promotions, including:

• 5 VPs
• 3 Directors
• 3 Community Managers
• 2 Maintenance Supervisors
• 5 Assistant Community Managers
• 1 Maintenance Technician
• And more…

As we have just finished with Mid-Year Performance Check-Ins, this is the opportune moment for all of us to embrace the feedback we received and create an actionable plan to increase our personal impact.
