We're pleased to announce that we have reimagined the way we dress for work at our communities! Beginning March 16, 2020, our new, more relaxed dress guidelines will go into effect. Be empowered to dress to impress in professional comfort and style.
Gone are the days where we ask you to wear a uniform! You will no longer need to submit a request to order ICO apparel! Now, dress in "West Coast chic" style, per our new guidelines.
As a thank you and to help kick off your new wardrobe, each administrative site associate will receive a one-time $200 wardrobe grant, available in your first April paycheck.
We are excited to get things started by having you participate in our REVEAL CONTEST*:
1. Best Team Photo - a photo of your team showcasing your new West Coast chic office style
OR
2. Best Team Video - a 30-second-or-less video showing off your team's new look
