The team at Village at Toluca Lake in Burbank, CA used Valentine's Day as the perfect excuse to show their residents how sweet they are on them. The team assembled goodie bags stuffed with tasty treats and topped off with a small note letting each resident know how much they are appreciated.

Community Manager, Steffani Hedstrom, said, "It is so nice to do something small for the residents to let them know that we are happy they chose to make Village at Toluca Lake their home. We had so many residents stop by to say 'thank you,' and they were so surprised to come home to this treat."
