Attention: All On-Site Associates

There have been reports of scammers trying to capitalize on the current COVID-19 situation by impersonating utility service providers and requesting immediate utility payments to avoid disconnection. Never give out account information, and ask the following questions to determine if the request is legitimate:

- What is the account number that has the past-due balance?
- What was the due date?
- What is the meter number/service location that will be disconnected?
- What phone number shall I call to make the payment? (Don't call the number, but compare it to the utility provider's website to verify.)
