In March, we rolled out our new one-stop for all associate service requests, ServiceNow. 

Beginning Friday, May 1, 2020, ServiceNow will also support all Human Resources requests and email requests to HR will no longer be supported.

 
What Is ServiceNow?
ServiceNow is a self-service portal designed to manage all your support requests. ServiceNow can be found on your Okta dashboard or in the upper right corner of the Buzz homepage.

 
How Does ServiceNow Support Human Resources?
By utilizing ServiceNow for HR requests, you will:

  • Be able to quickly direct your request to the appropriate party using HR categories and subcategories
  • Simply and intuitively submit tickets online
  • Enjoy access to ServiceNow on any device
  • Have the ability to view your ticket status at any time
