The Marketing Team has worked diligently to complete Top Talks and Infographics for all communities. 
  
You may be wondering, what is a Top Talk and Infographic?

• The Top Talk document is a snapshot of each community that encompasses key selling features and differentiating factors of the community. This document can be used to help get a new employee up to speed on the property, a refresher before an investor tour, informational guide for capital walks, new hire on boarding etc.
• The infographic lists information pulled from Nielsen who is a leader in aggregating customer data. The company defines every household in the U.S. by distinct lifestyle types, called "segments," providing us with a comprehensive picture of who lives in each ZIP code. Data includes education, income, shopping preferences and more. 
•  The Top Talk and Infographic are to be used as internal documents ONLY.  

How is the Top Talk useful? 

• Top Talks can be used for onboarding new employees and any other form of training
• It can be used for floating team members
• Corporate team members may find this document useful before touring a community and or additional insight to a community

What if the community changes and I need to update the document?

• Contact your Regional Admin as they have the ability to update it as needed.
