Being thanked by your RPM is a wonderful thing. Lisa Scroggin is always doing something great to recognize her teams, her CM’s, and or on-site staff.

She really knows how to keep her teams motivated, engaged, and displays support to all of us on a daily basis. She is our biggest cheerleader and we're just so touched and wowed by her kind gestures.

I wanted to share this with all to show the great things our RMP does for us, and how much we value her support daily.

I am thankful for Lisa, who will stop and listen to her managers, she is caring and thoughtful to many situations. She just sent our leasing consultant flowers for working hard to improve on her shop score. I like that she is always available come rain or shine. Lisa is a leader who is willing to hear how and what she can do to improve in her role, she has also shown me that if I work hard, she will recognize it. This is the treatment she gives the whole team, from manager to porter. I have been with Essex for 13 years and worked next to a lot of strong leaders and am excited to say she is one of them.
