Switch from Entrata to LeaseStar Syndication on 6/28

A. Entrata communities (69) are switching to LeaseStar on 6/28/2016 & Training.
B. There are currently 23 Essex Legacy properties on manual pricing in LeaseStar, 12 out of 23 communities on LeaseStar will switch from manual to automatic pricing feed.
C. There are currently 23 Essex Legacy properties on manual pricing in LeaseStar, 11 out of 23 communities will remain on manual pricing on the LeaseStar feed.
D. All communities on LeaseStar with the exception of the communities on manual pricing feed will have “view only” access to LeaseStar.

A. Entrata communities (69) are switching to LeaseStar on 6/28/2016. What does this mean for you?
- On 6/27/2016, these communities will no longer use Entrata. Instead, Yieldstar will automatically feed pricing and availability to Level One, LeaseStar AND your ILS’s for you!

- On 6/28/2016, you will be switched from manual pricing updates in both Level One and LeaseStar to automatic pricing feeds.
- Now, your pricing and availability will feed automatically to Level One, LeaseStar and your ILS’s!

C. There are currently 23 Essex Legacy properties on manual pricing in LeaseStar. 11 out of these 23 communities will remain on manual pricing on the LeaseStar feed. What does this mean for you?
- These communities will remain on manual pricing updates and will still update pricing in Level One and LeaseStar.
- On 6/28/2016, the 3 communities that are currently on Entrata will switch to LeaseStar but will remain on manual pricing updates in Level One and LeaseStar.
D. All communities on LeaseStar with the exception of the communities on manual pricing feed will have “view only” access to LeaseStar. What does this mean for you?
- On 6/28/2016 , ALL communities now on LeaseStar will be switched to “view only” access in LeaseStar (except the 11 on manual pricing updates) and any edits that need to be made can be requested through opssupport@essex.com (for pricing) and marketing@essex.com (for content, floorplans and images).
