Last month, we introduced to you the Skillsoft program, an online learning service launching at the end of this month to replace Lynda.com.

Along with Skillsoft, we are excited to bring to you a completely new program for all Essex onsite associates, Steps to Success.

What is Steps to Success?

• A completely distinct learning program, Steps to Success will help support you with career growth and prepare for the demands of a constantly changing industry.

 How Does Steps to Success Work?

• The curriculum has about 400 new courses divided into “certificates” or clusters of courses that can make up a skill.  
• Each Steps to Success course you complete, whether it is in management, maintenance or leasing, will give you the fundamental knowledge you need to perform at your best in this area.
• If you have a vision for your career trajectory, the Steps to Success program, combined with your excellent work record, will give you a head start on meeting your career goals.

What Happens Next?

• Steps to Success is anticipated to launch on April 1. Please stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks.
