Attention: All RPMs, Directors, and Managers with Direct Reports

The Learning and Development team is pleased to announce the rollout of the new People Management Skills curriculum.

Whether you are a new or experienced manager, people management is often the most challenging aspect of the role. This curriculum will help you explore various methods and approaches to enhance your people management skills. Some of the topics include aligning goals and imperatives, effectively directing and delegating as a manager, managing employee development, leading through change, insights on dealing with conflict, and establishing a positive work environment. 

The curriculum will roll out on Thursday, February 20, 2020, and will be assigned to all RPMs, directors, and managers with direct reports in Learning Bridge LMS.
