SightPlan Rolls Out to Several Communities

Attention: All Associates 

We're excited to announce that nine communities: Foster's Landing, Lakeshore Landing, MB360, Park 20, Radius, Regency at Mountain View, Station Park Green, Tierra Vista, and Arbors at Parc Rose rolled out the new SightPlan maintenance application on February 26th!

Acting Sr. RPM Nicole Conrad and members of her Foster's Landing and Lakeshore Landing teams (pictured) kicked off the rollout and familiarized themselves with the app's functionality.

Nicole shared, "We were very happy to launch today! I spent the day with the team to document questions and feedback along the way. Overall, this application is amazing! The team is jazzed to start using it!"

What is SightPlan?

SightPlan is the new system where all service requests will be created and managed, unit by unit inspections will be completed, and preventative maintenance tasks will be done. Residents will no longer be able to submit service requests in Rentcafé, but will still be able to pay rent, contact the office, and receive general messages about the community. 
 
With SightPlan, residents can:  

  • Input service requests anytime from anywhere 
  • Take photos within service requests 
  • Track the progress of their requests in real-time 
  • Communicate directly with the technician handling their requests 
  • Rate their service experience  

 
With SightPlan, associates can: 

  • Communicate real-time with residents 
  • Communicate maintenance needs amongst each other 
  • Complete unit by unit inspection efficiently, and effectively 
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks
  • Review resident ratings to celebrate successes and improve service
