“She greets everyone with a wide, genuine smile and does what she can to help them.  No matter how swamped she is, if you ask her for help, she is always willing.”
 
These are the words of a longtime Fox Plaza resident who has been so consistently impressed with Danielle Villa’s friendly front office service that he felt compelled to bring it to the attention of the community management.
 
The resident goes on to say, “Her work in the package office must be the most stressful job in Fox Plaza, and she does it with incredible patience and desire to make it work. The packages never stop coming, the tenants never stop coming. She will search every possible area, knowing how important the packages may be to us, she goes above and beyond.”
 
Fox Plaza’s Community Manager, Eesha Kaur, tells us, “Due to set up of this building, Danielle’s role is a mix of Maintenance Administrator and Resident Relations Coordinator.  She handles every complaint with a smile.  The resident feedback truly speaks about her personality.”
 
Danielle’s unstoppable positivity and glowing reviews have earned her ample resident praise as well as a recent Essex Excellence Award for Customer Service.
