September's Online Adoption Results

Online adoption in September got back on track with increases in both online payments processed and online work orders submitted. Online payments processed increased 1%, bringing the final adoption rate to 78.3%. Online work orders bumped up to 86.2% adoption, a 1% increase from August.

Continue Promoting Online Adoption

Keep up your current online adoption promotion efforts by using the "Chapman-Brown Plan" and advertising online adoption as part of a "go green" initiative.  You can also use Site Manager to invite unregistered residents to enroll, leave the Mobile App flyer in apartment homes with each completed service request, and remind residents that they may pay through the web or by Apple Pay instead of using the app.
