Self-Guided Tour Resources Available in E-Way

Attention: All On-Site Associates

To support the transition to Self-Guided Tours at our communities, new resources have been published in E-Way. A Self-Guided Prospect Tours process and Self-Guided Tours FAQ are now available and can be found by searching “self-guided” in any search bar.

Our goal is to implement an entirely digital interaction to limit exposure and protect the health of our associates and customers.  We understand these resources do not provide specific guidance for every community; Community Managers and RPMs should work together to creatively solve for community-specific needs and achieve a fully digital tour experience.

If there are any community-specific self-tour guidelines implemented at your community, details should be added to Funnel for contact center agents to reference by navigating to My Company > Communities > Appointments > Add details under the “Tour Notes” field. 

Contact Center agents have been notified of this change, and community websites will be updated to advertise self-guided tours.
