RENTcafé Site Manager: New Features & Enhancements

Attention, all leasing office associates, CMs and RPMs.
 
Beginning Thursday, December 15, there will be four updated features within RENTcafé Site Manager:

  1. Email Analytics. For email analytics reports, there is now the ability to export this data to an Excel file. For the updated job aid, visit the wiki here.
  2. Recurring Calendar Events. Does your community often host the same event? Easily post recurring calendar events in Site Manager with this new feature. For the updated job aid, visit the wiki here.
  3. Resident Bulletin Board, Comment Moderation. CMs and RPMs, the “Moderate Comments” tab is now connected to the user’s comments. This will allow you to easily approve, reply or delete comments in one place. For the updated job aid, visit the wiki here.
  4. Email Recipients, Additional Filters. When sending resident emails in RENTcafé Site Manager, you may now filter recipients according to the following parameters:
    • Resident move-out date
    • Number of bedrooms (0-4+)

  • AST@essex.com can answer questions about administrator functions, or when you need new/changed access for Essex Rentcafé. AST also supports associates in the event that Yardi Concierge, Resident Portal or Site Manager are not functioning properly.
