What can you do to improve your numbers?  
Continue educating your residents – it’s easy to submit payments and work orders online!

  • Ask residents to begin using the Rentcafé  App or Website going forward to save time and hassle
  • Use Site Manager to invite unregistered residents to use Rentcafé 
  • Post the Mobile App flyer throughout your community
  • Remember to leave the Mobile App flyer in apartment homes with each completed service request 

 
Where Can I Find the Job Aides and Videos?
The Rentcafé Online Transaction job aides and videos are listed on Buzz and in the E-Hour Resource Hub for Community Managers. To access the Resource Hub:

  1. Log in to your Learning Bridge account.
  2. Go to the Continue Learning course carousel (navigate arrows are activated by hovering over the carousel).
  3. Click the Open Curriculum link on the E-Hour Resource Hub for Community Managers tile.
