Zoom is encouraged to be used for meetings of any size, including one-on-one interactions. Here are a few more tips for using Zoom, which may also be found in the "Best Practices for Working from Home" section of the Buzz homepage COVID-19 Updates area:

• If possible, connect via a wired ethernet jack to prevent WiFi speed issues.
• Use an external microphone or headset for audio clarity.
• Test your video and audio connection before the start of the meeting.
• Sit close to the screen so that your face fills most of it.
• When you are not talking, hit mute.
• When you are talking, look into the camera, not at the screen.
• Keep your background professional or use a virtual background in the application.
