In July we shared with you that Essex is once again participating in the National Multifamily Housing Council’s bi-annual Renter Preferences Study. In case you missed the article, check it out here.

The official close date for the survey is Monday, August 14, and we'd like to remind you of two related housekeeping items.  

Action Item: Remove the NMHC resident flyer from common areas
Did you post the NMHC Renter Preferences Survey Resident Flyer in the common areas of your community? We hope you did, and want to remind you to remove the flyer on Tuesday, August 15.

Reminder: Resident Communication
To thank residents for participating, the Communications team will send all lessees a thank you email on Tuesday, August 15. There's nothing you need to do - we just want to keep you informed.
