It is with great sadness we must share the unexpected and sudden loss of one of our associates Jason Hilovsky.  Jason started with Essex as he embarked on his new career in property management. His prior work experience included service in the food industry.  It was Jason’s natural love for serving others that contributed to his success at 101 San Fernando. With perseverance and a tireless work ethic, he went from a part-time associate to successfully securing a permanent position as a full-time leasing specialist in just one year of service. He was committed to his team at 101 San Fernando and would always offer to help cover leasing efforts at other sister communities.  Jason was eager to learn and develop his skills, and he was a dependable member of the 101 San Fernando team.

Jason loved his girlfriend Chelsea and spending time with his friends, whether it was going out, hiking, relaxing on the beach or having a backyard BBQ (he was a master of the BBQ!) His favorite holiday was Halloween, and he always had a very elaborate costume.  He loved his animals, especially his cats (at one point, he had seven!) and two dogs. 

We are grateful for the time we had to know Jason. He will be truly missed.
