We've got answers! Join our monthly live training sessions, hosted on the second Thursday of each month.

These sessions provide program specifics, including how to effectively manage the AUM program, investigate alerts, and access vital web reporting used on a monthly basis. This webinar will last at least one hour, with the length varying slightly to accommodate questions.

Training Requirements
This training is required for:

• Essex Legacy Communities
• All leasing office staff hired within the last 60 days
• All leasing office staff who have not yet attended this training
• Required annually for all leasing office associates

Conservice Billed Communities
If you are at a Conservice billed community, please email AUMTraining@aum-inc.com  to set up an individual AUM session for your team.

Although Conservice bills our residents, AUM pays your utility invoices so there are some very helpful tools available on their website to assist you in monitoring expense/usage trends which can aid you in investigating alerts sent Conservice as well as identify causes of expense related budget variances.
