Property Accountant Allocation for December
Monday, December 7, 2015 The December month-end close will be held on both Monday, Dec. 28 and Tuesday, Dec. 29.
The allocation over the two days will be as follows:
- Day 1 Close – All Seattle and LA/Ventura properties (Monday, Dec. 28)*
- Day 2 Close – All NorCal and OC/San Diego properties (Tuesday, Dec. 29)
*Deadline has been extended to 1 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 28. for Day 1 close only
As a reminder, AP for all properties will close on Tuesday, Dec. 29.
