In response to recent federal litigation citing discrimination and preferential treatment associated with preferred employer programs and to avoid potential claims, we have decided to discontinue the Preferred Employers Program, which included offering special discounts and incentives.

This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t continue to outreach to targeted employers, however. We should continue to build relationships and promote the value of choosing our communities over others.
