Community Manager at Pathways at Bixby Village in Long Beach, CA, Kathleen Gomez-Hewitt, shared the following note from her resident.

I would like to renew a 12-month lease effective 6/23/20. This has been my first year at Pathways and I couldn't be more happy with my unit, the maintenance crew, the grounds crew, the front office staff, how quiet it is, how safe I feel (especially as a single female), and all the amenities (that hopefully we can use again soon, when safe).  So, thank you.  I look forward to receiving my lease renewal e-docs to complete.
