Leasing Specialist at Pathways at Bixby Village, Angelo Silverio, is always willing to put in the extra time to make a difference to a resident.

Recently, Angelo demonstrated this policy by sitting with one of his residents and patiently leading her through the steps to sign up for Rentcafé. 

Community Manager, Kathleen Gomez, was impressed, stating, “(The resident) loves writing checks and coming in to submit service requests, so trying Rentcafé was a huge step for her. With Angelo explaining the benefits and how easy this would make it for her, she decided to give it a try.”
 
This community is an excellent example of how taking a few extra moments with a resident can make all the difference when it comes to understanding and adopting a new process.  Thank you, Angelo, for taking the time to truly serve our residents.
