Sunnyvale's Via apartments threw a colorful resident event that drew lots of smiles and maximum participation.

Community Manager, John Lee, shares, "Our ACM, Vanessa Callanta, is an amazing artist and hosted the event herself." 

Vanessa's talents were put to great use as she led 18 residents through the step-by-step creation of a beautiful floral masterpiece. Drinks and snacks were provided as residents let their creative juices flow and put his or her own spin on the subject matter. 

Via has even more in store. John tells us he already has his next resident event in the works and looks forward to delighting residents yet again.
