We are thrilled to announce the launch of our all-new Employee Engagement Survey – your opportunity to provide honest and candid feedback about how we are doing as a company. The goals of this survey are to:

• Offer you a safe place to share your thoughts, without taking time away from your day. The survey should take only two or three minutes to complete! Of course, you are welcome to spend more time providing additional feedback and comments, but at a minimum, this should be a quick-and-easy task.
• Provide consistency in how we go about asking for your feedback. We will be sending out this survey 2 – 3 times per year to track our progress, trends and to ensure we are taking your comments to heart and finding ways to improve our business practices across the portfolio.
• Drive a supportive employee culture, increase employee satisfaction and build a model for change and innovation within Essex to focus on you and your team.
